Cup Cake

 Vanilla Cup Cake Recipe;

  • Makes: 12 cup cake 
  • Prep Time: 15 minutes
  • Bake Time: 18 to 22 minutes
Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cups (190g) all-purpose flour
  2. 1/2 tbsp baking powder
  3. 1/4 tbsp salt 
  4. 1/2 cup (115g)unsalted butter (softened)
  5. 3/4 cup (150g)granulated sugar
  6. 2 tbsp vanilla extract
  7. 1/2 cup (120ml) milk 



For The uttercream Froasting:

  • 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1/2 cup (180g) powered sugar 
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1_2 tbsp milk (adjust for desired consistency)
Instruction:

Make the Cup cake:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 C .Line a 12 cup muffin tin with cupcake liner.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour baking powder and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes)
  4. Add  eggs one at a time ,beating well after each. Stir in vanilla
  5. Divide the batter evenly among cupcakeliner (about 2/3 fully)
  6. Bake for 18-22  minutes ,or until a toothpick until in the center come out clean.
  7. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely
