Cup Cake
Vanilla Cup Cake Recipe;
- Makes: 12 cup cake
- Prep Time: 15 minutes
- Bake Time: 18 to 22 minutes
- 1/2 cups (190g) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 tbsp salt
- 1/2 cup (115g)unsalted butter (softened)
- 3/4 cup (150g)granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup (120ml) milk
For The uttercream Froasting:
- 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter (softened)
- 1/2 cup (180g) powered sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1_2 tbsp milk (adjust for desired consistency)
Make the Cup cake:
- Preheat oven to 350 C .Line a 12 cup muffin tin with cupcake liner.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour baking powder and salt.
- In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes)
- Add eggs one at a time ,beating well after each. Stir in vanilla
- Divide the batter evenly among cupcakeliner (about 2/3 fully)
- Bake for 18-22 minutes ,or until a toothpick until in the center come out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely
