 Green Tea:

Green tea is made for the leaves of the camilla sinensis plants,the same plant use to black tea,oolong and white tea.However,green tea is minimally processed,which help preserve its natural actioxidents and polyphenols.The leaves are usually harvested and then quickly dried or steamed to prevent oxidation,which is turns the leaves dark and transform them into blavk and oolong teas.
