Cucumber Mint Cooler

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium cucumber (peeled and roughly chopped)
  • 8-10 fresh leaves mint
  • Juice of 1 lime (or lemon)
  • 1-2 tablespoon honey or sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cups cold water (or soda water for a fizzy version)
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint spring and cucumber slices
Instruction:

  1. Blend:Add cucumber ,mint leaves, lime juice ,and honey to a blender . Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain (optional):For   a smoother drink ,strain the mixture through a fine sieve or cheesecloth.
  3. Mix: Pour the strain juice into a jug.Add cold water (or soda water for a bizz).and strain.
  4. Serve: Pour into glass,filled with ice. Garnish with mint springs and cucumber slices.
