Cucumber Mint Cooler

Ingredients:- 1 medium cucumber (peeled and roughly chopped)
- 8-10 fresh leaves mint
- Juice of 1 lime (or lemon)
- 1-2 tablespoon honey or sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 cups cold water (or soda water for a fizzy version)
- Ice cubes
- Mint spring and cucumber slices
Instruction:- Blend:Add cucumber ,mint leaves, lime juice ,and honey to a blender . Blend until smooth.
- Strain (optional):For a smoother drink ,strain the mixture through a fine sieve or cheesecloth.
- Mix: Pour the strain juice into a jug.Add cold water (or soda water for a bizz).and strain.
- Serve: Pour into glass,filled with ice. Garnish with mint springs and cucumber slices.
