Nihari
Ingredients:

- 1 lb or beef ,cut into small pieses
- 2 tablespoon ghee or oil
- 1 onion,chopped
- 2 gloves garlic
- 1tablespoon gingerpaste
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon tumeric
- 1 teaspoon corinder powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 table spoon bone marrows
- Fresh cilantro,for garnish
- Brown the meat in ghee or oil,then set aside
- Saute onion,garlic and ginger paste.
- Add spices and cooked until fragrant.
- Add bone broth and browned meat,simmering for 2-3 hour.
- Add bone marrow and cock for another30 minute.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro:Adds freshness and flavor.
- Serve with naan or rice:Perfect for sopping up the rich broth.
