Nihari

 Ingredients:
  • 1 lb or beef ,cut  into small pieses
  • 2 tablespoon ghee or oil
  • 1 onion,chopped
  • 2 gloves garlic
  • 1tablespoon gingerpaste
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon tumeric 
  • 1 teaspoon corinder powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 table spoon bone marrows
  • Fresh cilantro,for garnish
Instructions:
  1. Brown the meat in ghee or oil,then set aside
  2. Saute onion,garlic and ginger paste.
  3. Add spices and cooked until fragrant.
  4. Add bone broth and browned meat,simmering for 2-3 hour.
  5. Add bone marrow and cock for another30 minute.





Serving Suggestion:
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro:Adds freshness and flavor.
  • Serve with naan or rice:Perfect for sopping up the rich broth.
  • Add a Squeeze of Lemon:Balances the flavor
